TRUSTFUND MOBILE

OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
 

TrustfundMobile is designed to further enable our members conveniently keep in constant touch with their Retirement Savings Account (RSA) wherever they are, as long as they have a connected mobile handset and within a network coverage area. TrustfundMobile is designed to respond to the under listed operations.

 
To Make an SMS Balance Request, follow the following process:
 
1. Compose a new SMS message
2. TRUSTFUND  MYBALANCE#SMSCODE# 
3. Send to +4560991000
 
NOTE THAT:

1. There should be double spacing between TRUSTFUND and MYBALANCE. The SMSCODE is the 6-digit alphanumeric number sent to you. eg 55GHT6, FEG34Y.

An example is given below:

TRUSTFUND  MYBALANCE#55GHT6#  

2. If the request is not properly composed or the SMS Code specified is non-existent or message is wrongly sent, no response would be received.

3. If member SMSCODE is valid but is yet to be activated by Trustfund, no response is sent back to the requesting member.

 
4. Always remember to include the + sign.
