| Alhaji Ahmed Rufa’i Mohammed |
Alhaji Mohammed, an astute private and public sector technocrat is the Chairman Board of Directors of Trustfund Pensions Plc.
An expert in investment and treasury management, Mohammed is an alumnus of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1976. He is also a 1978 alumnus of the Manchester Business School course on Banking and Development Finance.
Between 1982 and 1988, he worked as Chief Accountant, Kano Textile Industries Limited and later became the Financial Controller, Kano State Investment and Properties Limited. Late in 1988, he joined the Kano Foundation as its first Director of Finance and Investment and worked till 1991 when he joined Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) as Assistant General Manager (Investment and Treasury Management).
In 1993, he became the General Manager, Investment & Treasury Management and Special Assistant to the Managing Director. In September 2002, he was appointed to the position of Managing Director/CEO of the Fund. |

Mr. Oseni Salawe Elamah |
Mr. Elamah is the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Trustfund Pensions Plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Stockbroker. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Association of Arbitrators of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Member of the Institute of Directors.
He currently serves on the Council of Nigeria Stock Exchange, Board of Central Securities Clearing System Ltd and Board of Profound Securities Ltd.
A graduate of Auchi Polytechnic, Elamah had acquired a wealth of experience working in several organizations including S.S Afemikhe & Co., Patriot Investment Limited, TRW Stockbrokers, Hoslyn Oil & Gas Services Limited, Multinational Expertise Limited and Multinational Craig Energy Services Ltd in various capacities ranging from Audit Senior, Executive Director to Managing Director. He was also the Special Assistant to the then Adviser to the Head of State on Petroleum Matters between 1998 and 1999.
Before his appointment as MD/CEO of Trustfund Pensions Plc, he was the Executive Director, Finance and Investment, at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund. |

MR. VICTOR OGBEYIWA EBURAJOLO FCIPM, mni |
Mr. Victor O. Eburajolo FCIPM, mni, graduated with Honours Degree in Law from the University of Lagos in 1973 and the Nigeria Law School in 1974. He is a seasoned Human Capital Developer and an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Plateau State. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
A fellow and President/Chairman of Council, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, former member of the Governing Council of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), past Chairman of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association’s (NECA) Committee of Industrial Relations Experts. He worked with Nichemtex Industries PLC as Personnel Manager from 1976 to 1981, and was subsequently appointed the Executive Secretary/Chief Executive of the Nigeria Textile Garment and Tailoring Employers Association (1981 to 1989). In 1990, he was given the additional responsibility of heading the Nigerian Textile Manufacturers Association as Executive Director/Chief Executive.
He was invited to join the Board of Afprint Nigeria Plc in 1993 as Personnel Director and later Group Executive Director in 1994. In 1997, Mr. Eburajolo was elected Chairman of the Nigeria Textile Manufacturers Association and Nigeria Textile Garment and Tailoring Employers Association.
He was appointed the Executive Director of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund in September 2002 by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He is a member of Evans Medical Plc Board, Profound Properties Ltd. He is also a member of the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association Governing Council, National Productivity Order of Merit Award Panel as well as National Labour Advisory Council.
Mr. Eburajolo is a resource person on Labour, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Strategic Planning, etc for various Management Consultant firms including NECA, NTGTEA and CIPMN.
He joins the Board of Trustfund Pensions Plc as a Director. |

| Mr. Umar .M. Abubakar |
Mr. Abubakar graduated in 1975 with B. Sc (Social Sciences) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He joined the services of the Bauchi State Government in 1976 and rose to the position of a Permanent Secretary in 1984.
He joined the NSITF in 1990 as Assistant General Manager (Administration). He is currently the Executive Director (Administration) of NSIFT. He brings to bare his working experience in the top public sector organisations. |

| Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, mni |
Comrade Oshiomhole brings to the Board of Trustfund Pensions Plc, his vast experience gathered in championing workers course both at local and international arena. This veteran Nigerian Labour Leader and President of Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) since 1999 was educated at Ruskin College, Oxford (UK), where he majored in Labour Economics and Industrial relations between 1977 and 1979. He is also an alumnus of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru in addition to attending series of national and international courses.
Oshiomhole was elected Deputy President of Nigeria Labour congress (NLC) in 1988 and later the President of NLC in 1999. He has led the NLC team on a number of negotiations with the Federal Government.
At the International level, he is a member of the Executive Board of several labour organizations and the current President of the organization of Trade Unions of West Africa. He is also a member of the Governing Board of International Labour Organization (ILO); a position he has held since 2002.
He had equally undertaken a number of national assignments including membership of the National Council of Nigeria Vision 2010 (1997 to date) and National Council on Privatization (1999 to date). He was also the Chairman, Board of Directors of the NSITF from 2000 to 2004. |
