Mr. Patrick Olayele Akinkuotu |
| Mr. Akinkuotu, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Banking (First Class Honours) from the University of Lagos in 1983 and M.Sc in Finance & Investment from the same University in 1988.
In the course of his impressive career which traverses all strata of the Banking Sector, Mr. Akinkuotu attended various Professional and Executive Courses locally and abroad. Some of them are in Management, Organization Building, Marketing, Corporate Lending, Assets and Liabilities Management, Equipment Leasing and Human Resources Management.
Mr. Akinkuotu is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Afribank Nigeria Plc and he joins the Board of Trustfund with is rich knowledge of the industry |

| Alhaji Bala Zakariya’u |
Alhaji Bala Zakariya’u has a vast knowledge of the Insurance Industry. Between 1976 and 1993, he held senior Management positions in AIICO Insurance Plc, Kapital Insurance Company, CIB Insurance Brokers and NICON Insurance.
He moved to Niger Insurance Plc in 1993 as General Manager (Technology) and rose to Executive Director in 1997 and was later appointed Managing Director of the Company until December 2005 when he was made the Chairman Board of Director of Niger Insurance.
Alhaji Zakariya’u attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Calledonia University, Glasgow and Bayero University Kano.
He is the Chairman of Express Discount House Limited. He worked in several companies, which include Eko Corp Plc, Beta Glass Plc, Pharma Deko Plc, Globe Reinsurance Company Limited. He is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). |

Mr. A. Olawale Edun |
Mr. A. Olawale Edun is an internationally acclaimed fund manager. He comes to the Board of Trustfund Pensions Plc with over twenty-four years experience in Merchant Banking, Corporate Finance, Economics and International finance at both National and International levels. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of London, and a Masters Degree in the same subject from the University of Sussex, England.
Between 1981 and 1986 he worked at Chase Merchant Bank in Lagos, during which he gained international experience while on secondment to the Wall Street firm of Lehman Brothers and Chase Manhattan Capital Markets Corporation in New York, USA. In September 1986, he joined the World Bank/IFC in Washington DC, USA through the elite Young Professionals Program where he worked on economic and financial packages for several countries including Dominican Republic, Indonesia and India.
In 1989, he returned to Nigeria as co – founder and Executive Director of Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (IBTC) – a Lagos – based merchant bank. In 1994, he founded Denham Management Limited, a company that specializes in fund management, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory work. Having spearheaded the growth of the company, Mr Edun responded to the call to civic duty in 1999 by accepting an appointment as Honourable Commissioner of Finance Lagos State, a position he held until he voluntarily resigned in February 2004.
He is currently the Chairman of Denham Management limited. |

| Mr. Dayo Lawuyi |
He is currently the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Dunlop Group in Nigeria, consisting of a tyre company and rubber plantations.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has been involved in the economic life of Nigeria and indeed, Africa for about 35 years. He has been on Boards of publicly quoted Companies for over 20 years.
A member of the Vision 2010 Committee of the Federal Government of Nigeria and co-ordinating Secretary of the Privatization Sub-Committee.
Mr. Lawuyi has been involved in active support for policy articulation especially in the industrial sector of the Nigerian economy. He is the current President of the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association (NECA), an umbrella body of employers in Nigeria. He is also a Council Member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and a Past President of the Business Club Ikeja (BCI), the hub of industrial centre in Nigeria.
Mr. Lawuyi occupies a seat in the Council of International Organization of Employers in Geneva, and at various times, he has been involved in ILO’s support programmes on industrial/labour issues.
He is a Director of one of the long established banks in Nigeria and also a Member of the Editorial Advisory Board of a well respected financial newspaper in Nigeria.
Dayo Lawuyi was conferred with the Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) in November, 2000. He is married and has three grown up children.
He joins the Board of Trustfund Pensions Plc as a Director. |

| Dr. (Mrs.) Nkiru Peace Obiajulu |
Dr. Obiajulu is currently the President-General of the Trade Union Congress. She is a graduate of University of Ibadan where she bagged a degree in Nursing Administration; Obiajulu has intimidating trade union records and is well known for the defense of workers especially the women.
Her trade union career and philanthropic activities has fetched her series of awards within and outside the country including Woman of Honour by the Nigeria Council of Women Society and an Honorary Doctorate degree from Evangel Christian University, Monroe Louisiana, USA.
She is at present a member of Union Network International as well as President-General of Senior Staff Association of Utilities, Statutory Corporations & Government Companies. |
