MR. DIPO OGUNTUGA

Dipo Oguntuga holds a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology from the University of Lagos and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance from University of the District of Columbia, Washington, D. C.

He began his career with Goodwill Industries, Washington D.C. in 1991 and moved to AMC Corporation, Maryland, USA in 1994. In 1998 he moved back to Nigeria and joined WSTC Financial Services Ltd. In 2000 he joined Lead Securities & Investments Ltd., a subsidiary of Leadbank Plc. He was with Lead Securities till 2005 when he joined Trustfund Pensions Plc.

Dipo has been exposed to financial management, marketing, economic & investment research and investment management. He also has vast experience in relationship management, consulting, systems implementation and financial advisory services. He has a passion for rendering excellent service.

SIMON – PETERS OKODUWA

Mr. S. P. Okoduwa obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration in 1983 from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State with an Upper Credit. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). Mr. S. P. Okoduwa has a total of over twenty years cognate experience in various areas of Finance, Management & Investment Management.

He began his working career in 1985 with Leventis Motors Limited as an Account Officer where he was in charge of preparing accounts. He also acted as the Branch Accountant, Kano.

He was appointed a level 08 officer in the then National Provident Fund (NPF), now Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) in 1986. Since 1986, he has worked in Investment & Treasury; Finance Departments and Branch Office.

His experience covers investment analysis, investment portfolio management, cash flow management, project and company start up and treasury management. He has indeed managed investment portfolio worth over thirty billion. He has served as a Board member of quoted and private companies.

He has attended senior management training and development programmes both locally and abroad in various fields in accounting, finance, fund management & pension fund management.
