of current contribution balances and investment income 24

support call centres for inquiry and problem resolution, information
and advisory services;
Online access to Trustfund’s administrative system’s
database for direct but restricted updates/amendments to employee
records;
Investment advisory services provided through quarterly distribution
of the company’s ‘Investment Journal’;
Online application for claims/benefits processing and payments;
Online access to account statements, member information and
monthly pensions.
Ease of withdrawal of monthly or quarterly pensions through
in-bank and offsite ATMs connected through the Interswitch

• Administration and data management services:
This is a shared services platform offered to Closed PFAs
and other PFAs on which pension administration services are
offered to their respective members. This service relieves
the Closed PFAs and other PFAs the administrative burden and
efforts of opening and maintaining individual RSAs.

• Institutional Fund Management
Services:
Trustfund also provides investment advisory and management
services to Closed PFAs to ensure funds contributed by their
various members are optimally managed at tolerable risk levels.
Trustfund offers fund management services to Closed PFAs who
are desirous of retaining oversight control over their members’
funds and outsourcing fund management responsibilities to
capable Pension Fund Administration Companies.
