COMPLIANCE OFFICER

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess the company’s adherence to compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting of compliance-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company’s compliance strategy is effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Pension regulatory framework and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus.
