Mr. Ismail M. AgakaMr. Ismail Mohammed Agaka was born on 1st January, 1963. He attended Capital School Kaduna from 1968 — 1974 before proceeding to Barewa College Zaria from 1974 — 1979.
He gained admission into the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1979 graduating with B.Sc (Hons) International Studies in 1983.
He lectured Politics and Economics during his NYSC primary assignment with the Ogun State Polytechnic from July 1983 — June 1984. He began his public service career in March 1986 as a Labour Officer in the Federal Ministry of Employment, Labour and Productivity. As a Labour Officer, he was the Secretary of the Advisory Committee on Industrial Relations as well as the Productivity Committee in Borno State.
He had attended the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), Topo, Badagry in 1987. He capped his career in the Federal Ministry of Labour as Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister from January—October 1990.
In November 1990 he joined the then National Provident Fund as State Manager Katsina. He was redeployed as State Manager Niger/FCT between March 1991 and March 1994 when he became the Lagos Island Manager up to June 1995.
He was moved to Headquarters Administration in July 1995 as Manager Industrial Relations and Loans before his elevation as Head, Personnel, Industrial Relations and Loans from January 1996 to August 2002. He acquired Diploma in Social Security Financing from the International Training Centre of the ILO, Turin, Italy in the year 2000.
In September, 2002 he became the Special Assistant to the Managing Director/CE. He held this position up to February 2007 when he was re-designated Head, Special Duties. In June 2012 he became the General Manager Abuja Region. He was redeployed as the General Manager Lagos, from August 2012 to September 2015.

Mrs. Helen Da-Souza (MD/CEO)Mrs. Helen Da-Souza Joined Trustfund Pensions Limited as Director, Finance and Administration in 2010. Before joining Trustfund, she was an Associate Director at Akintola Williams Delloite. She joined Akintola Williams Deloitte as a Trainee Accountant in 1985, and grew through the rank to the position of Associate Director in 2009, a position she held before joining Trustfund Pensions Limited in 2010. She attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka, where she bagged a B.Sc in Accountancy in 1984. She is also an alumnus of the prestigious Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. She is an Associate member: - Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) November 1988 - Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN) November 2000. Helen has attended and delivered papers several conferences at home and abroad on Taxation, and Accounting.
Mr. Kolapo Dauda AdedejiMr. Kolapo Dauda Adedeji is the Managing Director of Niger Insurance Plc. He holds a Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Accountancy obtained from the Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from ESUT Business School, Lagos. He also attended the Advanced Management Programme of the Lagos Business School. Mr. Adedeji is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Senior Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). In addition to his membership of Trustfund Pensions Limited’s Board, Mr. Adedeji is a director on the Boards of Beta Consortium (Southern Sun), Globe Reinsurance Plc, NIC Securities & Trust Limited, NIC Properties Limited and Management Alliance Company Limited. Mr. Adedeji is happily married.
Mrs. Osaretin DemurenMrs. Osaretin Afusat Demuren, joined the board of Trustfund Pensions Limited, in 2010 as an independent Director. A seasoned administrator, she has 33 years of Central Banking, Fiscal and Monetary Policy, Foreign Exchange Management and Trade Finance, Human Capital Development and Management Experience. She was the first female to be appointed a Departmental Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria and was a long term serving director. She specializes in Research and Statistics, Human Development and Management and Banking and Trade Finance. Part of her career accomplishment includes: • Designing and rolling out robust Retail Dutch Auction System (RDAS to facilitate efficient Foreign Exchange Trading on a national scale. • Developing the policy that improved accessibility of traveler’s cheques to the general public. • Initiating a national awareness campaign to educate importers and exporters on strategy to maximize value of FOREX inflow and outflow; amongst others. She is a member of the following professional bodies; • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) of America • Nigeria Statistical Association (NSA) • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) • Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Mrs. Demuren holds a Master’s of Science in Economics and Statistics from Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics. She has served on the board of several organizations where she represented the Central Bank of Nigeria. She is married with children.
Mr. Olubiyi Oladipupo Otegbeye
Olubiyi Oladipupo Otegbeye is the Group Managing Director of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc.
He had his early education at Christ Church School Ijebu Ode, Comprehensive High School, Aiyetoro and CMS Grammar School, Bariga. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos in 1984, a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Financial Management and Accounting in 1987 and qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute London (ACII) in 1988. Mr. Otegbeye obtained a Law degree from the Lagos State University in 2001 and was enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2003.
Mr. Otegbeye began his working career at the United Nigeria Insurance Company Limited (UNIC) in 1986. Between 1990 and 1991, he was the General Manager, Capital Asset Insurance brokers and in 1991, he became CEO of Excel Insurance Brokers. In 1993, he founded Regency Alliance Insurance Company Limited which became publicly quoted in 2007.
In 2012, Mr. Otegbeye was appointed a member of the Fact-Finding Panel of Gateway Industrial and Petroleum Institute by the Ogun State Governor. In recognition of his contribution to the nation, he was appointed as Chairman of the Governing Board of the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital in April 2013 by the then President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Mr. Otegbeye is a member of Olabisi Onabanjo University Development Foundation, a Fellow Lecturer, University of Lagos; fellow, School of Management, the Bell University and Fellow, School of Management, Caleb University. He sits on the boards of several companies which include: Regency Alliance Insurance Limited, Ghana, Earth Energy Nigeria Limited, Treasurygate Nigeria Limited, RIC Microfinance Bank, RIC Properties and Investment Limited, Global Medioptions UK Limited, Ripples Ventures Ltd and EL-Bethel Schools Lagos amongst others.
Mr. Otegbeye is passionate about his community, youth education and empowerment in Ogun State and founded Building Opportunities for Tomorrow (BOT), an NGO for youth development and women empowerment in 2010. He has received numerous awards in recognition of his zeal and passion, these include: Merit Award Ogun State Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Merit Award Compronians, Merit Award University of Lagos Alumni, three times Merit Award Distinguished Son of Yewa and Vice President, Boys Scout, Kosofe Division, Lagos State.

Mr. Mobolaji BalogunMr. Mobolaji Balogun attended London School of Economics, University of London where he obtained a B.Sc. Degree (Hons) in Economics in 1989. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria as well as an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is a renowned investment expert whose commitment to national development encouraged his involvement in various Government reform programmes in Telecommunications, Banking, and the Capital Market. Balogun actively manages various businesses, professional and social organisations, including stock broking firms. He is a member of the Committee on the Nigerian Corporate Governance Code among others. He has held various directorial and senior executive management positions in the areas of Investment Banking/Stock Broking. For instance, he served as a director of FCMB Capital Markets and CSL Stock Brokers. He was also a founding director of Econet Wireless Nigeria Limited (now Airtel), and Director of the West African Portland Cement Company PLC. He is President of the Advisory Board of SBA Reuters Nigerian Issuing Houses League.
Mr. Ayuba WabbaComrade Ayuba Wabba joined the board of Trustfund Pensions Limited in 2012, bringing on board a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years. A seasoned Environmental Health officer/ unionist, Wabba is the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).He is a fellow of the following international health bodies: Royal Society of Health, London; Ghana Institute of Public Administrators; Environmental Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria; and the Institute of Corporative and Business Affairs Management. Wabba holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Health from the Houdegbe North American University, a Higher National Diploma in (WAHEB) from the College of Health Technology, Maidugiri, and a National Diploma in Public Health, from the Waka Science School, Biu. He is married with children.
Mr. Isaac YalahMr. Yalah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Education (1st Class Honors) from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in Financial Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri; a General Management Certificate from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, a certificate in Negotiation from Harvard Law School and Oxford University respectively.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial & Investment Analyst of Nigeria and a Certified Change Manager, CICM, he has over 22 years of private & public sector working experience which includes multi-varied areas of banking operations where he established himself in Retail & Public sector banking, Wealth Creation/Portfolio Management, Strategic and Investment Management.
Prior to his appointment in 2009-2011 by the Bayelsa State Governor where he served as secretary of the Governor’s Technical Team, he was an Assistant General Manager (AGM) with United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc. He is currently, the General Manager, Investment & Treasury Management with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund.

Mr. Francis Olabode Johnson
Mr. Francis Olabode Johnson is the President of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), the umbrella organization of all the Senior Staff in Nigeria’s Oil and Gas sector.
He works with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), a career that commenced in 1985. A renowned unionist, he has held several positions at the NNPC branch level of PENGASSAN including; Chapter Chairman 2001-2005, Branch Chairman/Group Secretary 2006-2009 and Branch Chairman/Group Chairman 2009-2012.
He holds a National Diploma (ND) in Mass Communication from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi obtained in 2013, and is currently undertaking a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication at the Durben Polytechnic, Bwari.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliator and a member of the Abuja Metropolitan Lions Club.
Mr. Abdulahi S. Mohammed
Mohammed, Abdullahi Sarki was born in August 1958 in Kano, Kano State. He had his early education in Kano and Kaduna States before proceeding to the Bowling Green State University, Ohio USA for his Bachelor and Masters Degrees. He returned to Nigeria in 1987 to commence his career with Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc., Sokoto, where he served as a Staff Development and Training Senior Instructor. He subsequently joined Century Merchant Bank Limited in 1991 as an Officer and Head of Treasury Department of Kano Area Office. During his stint at Century Merchant Bank he was saddled with the responsibility of establishing the businesses operations in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Mr. Mohammed would later in 1995 move to Kakawa Discount House Ltd. as the Admin Manager and later in 1998 was moved to establish the Abuja Area Office where he served as the head overseeing the 19 northern states. In 1999, he took up appointment as the Commissioner for Works, Housing and Transport in Kano State and Member, Kano State Executive Council. He was also at various times, the relief commissioner in the Ministries of Health and Water Resources. He later returned to Kakawa Discount House Ltd. until 2003 when he joined First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. where he rose to become a Deputy General Manager in 2013. He was at various times in First Bank responsible for the Bank’s Business Development in Benue, Kogi, Nasarawa, Niger, Kano, Jigawa States as well as FCT - Abuja. He was until his appointment the Group Head in Charge of Commercial Banking in the North overseeing commercial Banking Business in the whole Northern Nigeria.
He has attended courses both in Nigeria and Overseas including those at the London Business School and the prestigious INSEAD Program for Achieving Outstanding Performance in Singapore. Mr. Mohammed is also member of the 37th SMP of the Lagos Business School and Honorary Senior Member of CIBN. He is an avid golf player and happily married with children.

Musa Adamu Nasr (ED Business and Personnel Administration)Musa Adamu Nasr holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from the Bayero University, Kano and was called to Bar in 1988.He started his career with Messrs Bala Umar & Co. (Solicitors) in August 1988 as a junior Counsel and later joined the Attorney General's Chambers, Ministry of Justice, and Bauchi as a State Counsel II.In 1990, Mr. Musa moved to the defunct National Provident Fund which later metamorphosed into the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund where he rose to the rank of Senior Manager (Legal/Secretarial). Mr. Musa had a brief stint at Profund Properties Limited where he served as a Senior Legal Manager/Company Secretary before moving to Trustfund Pensions Limited as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in December, 2005. He is currently the Executive Director: Business And Personnel Administration of Trustfund Pensions Limited.He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators. Onyilokwu, Andrew Ochofie (ED Finance and Benefits Administration)Onyilokwu, Andrew Ochofie is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years industry experience, mainly in the banking industry. He graduated with a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Jos in 1991. He commenced his working career with Hassan Nakpodia & Co (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos in 1992 from where he moved to FSB International Bank Plc.
