Victoria Thompson

Victoria Thompson obtained a BSc Hon. In Economics from Bowen University Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria in 2007. She further proceeded in her study career to Cass Business School London (City University) where she earned a Masters degree in Investment Management. she is also an Affiliate member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and an Associate member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN)

She is the Head Risk Management at Trustfund Pensions, responsible for administering and operationalizing Enterprise wide Risk Management techniques at Trustfund with sound expertise and in-depth knowledge in customizing risk management controls and its implementations. She is a seasoned Risk expert with vast understanding of Investment Portfolio Management risk, Operational, Credit/Counterparty risk e.t.c.

Prior to joining Trustfund in 2013, Victoria has worked in various middle management capacity across the FMCG and Financial Services Sectors where she worked and sharpened her skills in Treasury Management & Business Development, Portfolio Management and Research. Victoria being a self-motivated and passion driven individual continues to prove her capabilities in Risk Management operations and has rose through the ranks while in her current role.

She has also attended several workshops and short-term training programmes spanning across Financial Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Portfolio Management.
