Olalekan Olutekunbi is a seasoned relationship management and pension administration professional with over two decades of experience spanning the telecommunications and pension fund administration sectors. He is currently the Head, NSITF, within TrustFund Pensions Limited.

He began his career with Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications (MTel) before joining TrustFund Pensions Limited in 2008, where he has since headed key units within the Contributions Management & Enrolment, Human Resources, and Customer Service departments. This cross-functional background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of pension operations, from contributions and enrolment to client relationship management at the institutional level.

A graduate of Economics from the University of Ilorin, Olalekan holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has undertaken executive training at Lagos Business School, Phillips Consulting, and Nexford University. He is known for his leadership, innovation, and strategic relationship management, driving initiatives that strengthen institutional partnerships and enhance organizational performance within the Nigerian pension industry.
